How to make order?
All orders of our product can only be made by send an email or call us.
Order Specification
Please state the quantity order,material and print side. For price, refer to price list.
Payment
Email to us your details include name, contact number, postal address and bank.
Artwork
For artwork design, please atach the scratch design and the image/logo that need to insert and other details.
We will design the artwork and post back for your confirmation design. After we get confrmation, we will submit to production department.
Artwork design process day are according to the complexity of the artwork. Minimum days for simple artwork is 2 days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No. You cannot cancel or change your order once submitted. Therefore please check your order details carefully before submitting your order.
How long does it takes to process my order? (not include artwork design process day)
For West M'sia Business Card orders: Approx. 4 Days (3 working days for production + 1 working day for delivery .
For East M'sia Business Card orders: Approx. 5 Days (3 working days for production + 2 working days for delivery)
